James Kazini), my name is Ms. S.Phoebe Kazini born and breath in UGANDA my (late Husband ,Gen. Before his unexpected death, he handed over some documents to me telling me that if he got trapped by his enemies in the Government, that I should look for a honest foreign partner that I will liaise with me, through his confidential attorney that base in Ghana Republic, to claim his deposited box with the Security Company in Ghana.
He said that any foreign partner I choose will act as his business associate by presenting his personal data to our family attorney for the processing of all the legal document relating to the change of ownership as his associate. On confirmation of the secured of all the documents you will come down to Ghana Republic for the claim of his deposited box.
In confident as his wife, he told me that the box contained Fifteen Million United Stated Dollars which he looted when he was in charge of Ugandan Troops clashed with Rwandan counterparts in KISANGANI.
As soon as this box is claimed, we will open it and open a joint account while I travel back with you with my three kids to your country. You will be entitled of thirty percent if you agreed to be my partner while my kids and I will be entitle of Sixty-Five percent THEN the remaining Five percent will be for any expenses that may be incurred by any of the parties.
Please indicate your interest towards helping me claim my late husband box of money with the security company. Note; that the officers in the security company did not know that the real content in the box, he told them that it was his personal items.
