Thanks for your kind response. Your proposal has undergone a thorough

country. I have attached the Memorandum of Understanding which will clearly explain to you the procedure of the successful finalization of this investment procurement.
After several consultations and discussions, my client has decided to
provide the facility to fund your project because of its lucrative and
secured nature. Below are the conditions for this transaction:
FUND TRANSFER
Options:
1. You are required to provide a valid account if you have any.
2. Whereby you do not have one, an account will be set up in your
favour with the help of the bank corporate consultant/broker in charge
of the transaction closing.
By the arrangement being put in place the total investment fund will be
released to you from our bank in spain after we trip in your country to
signed the original copies of the JV agreement in Philippines .
PROCEDURE OF TRANSACTION.
i) You will be required to place an indemnity/insurance/surety bond
certificate obtainable in Spain by the bank corporate consultant in your
favour for the insurance/security of the investment in your hand and
for immediate transfer to your nominated bank account within 24hours. I
also stated the cost of the indemnity/insurance/surety bond certificate
in the MOU for your perusal.
ii) A valid account in your favour for the transfer.
Be informed that the procedure being followed to execute this
transaction is due to recent difficulties experienced by Arab
businessmen in conducting international transactions involving large
amount of funds as a result of fight against terrorism by many countries
led by the US and British government to curb sponsorship of terrorism
coupled with the fact that the fund originated from the Middle East.I

Greetings Charlie,
I received your mail and well noted,be assured that your comments are
very understood and shall be reversed,but one thing i must let you no is
that the insurance bond
and indemnity certificate fee(1,850 euros) cannot be deducted from the
investment fund because its servers as our security to our fund and
shall be obtain in the bank only to enable us get hold of the bank if
anything happens to our fund,i advise you find solution on how to wire
the fee to the bank first,before i introduce you to the bank management.
