Miss Young

Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

If you received a similar email, you should go to the homepage to read more about 419 fraud.

Subject: You are under surveillance, you are cannot run from the arm of the law.

This is to officially acknowledge the receipt of your email, and be informed that nothing will serve as excuse for violating Title 18 United States Code 1956 (a)(1) and 1956(h) of smuggling and money laundering.

You are not exempted and the law will take its course and remember you cannot hide from the arm of the law. If you refuse to comply with the directive of the CBP will be clear evidence that you are 100% involve and aware of this smuggling and money laundering act. You may call this threat but be rest assured that you are under surveillance and the arm of the law will caught up with you. Remember ignorance is not an excuse. You have to comply and follow due process for the clearance of your consignment and for the procurement of the required documents.

You know over it is a crime to more than US$10,000 into the UNITED STATES without proper documentations and clearance because it shows that the money is either being smuggled into the country or the source of the funds is questionable. It is very important that all the relevant documentations needed to authenticate the source of the funds are provided to prove that the funds were earned legitimately in accordance with the PATRIOT ACT so that the FBI, IRS and Homeland Security will not come knocking at your door.

However, as a custom personnel here, I have tried my best to give you the reliable information concerning the conditions of your consignment in a bid to help you but if you feel it is not enough than your presence, then you can go ahead and come but that means when you find yourself in these situations I have stated, it may be late for me to assist you. Professionally, I will advise you to go ahead and pay the required fee which from the wealth of my experience in this field, is going to be your last payment so that you can have your consignment delivered successfully but if you refuse to comply, the law will take its cost.

I have nothing to gain when I misguide you because I don’t know the area you could be of assistance to me in time to come because we cannot predict tomorrow. I will be grateful if one appreciates a good help which may be enough to the other. Been a government office, I lose nothing in telling you the truth that will benefit you rather it is rewarding to me to do so. I know when it is about to end, it is always difficult especially in a matter of expenses but have courage and be strong.

I want you to understand that this is not a child's play and we are will not tolerate your irregularities anymore and the CBP will not be used as an object of caricature. Fill the form attached and get back to us.

I want you to understand the fact the we must follow due process and to avoid breaking the international rules of engagement.
Based on the international rules of engagement, you will have to make the payment en route the country of origin where your consignment came from and send us the payment details, once your payment is confirmed, your consignment will be delivered without any further delay.
