This is to confirm to you that our Financial Coordinator, MR GARY ROBERTS has collected the sent amount from the Western Union Money Transfer Office and made the deposited to the Justice Ministry so that they will not terminate the payment and attach is the Official receipt issued for the payment.

It is true that USD$900 that you sent is much money in Rupees but the Justice Ministry is insist that the GBP1, 500 that we have agreed with them should be paid in full. They are complaining that you did not meet up with their time and they have reduced the fee from GBP5, 500 to GBP2, 750 and from this amount to GBP1, 500 and now you decided to send GBP900 which will not go any where is resolving the issue of your payment, therefore, they are insisting that you should send the GBP600 remaining first thing tomorrow morning if you want this matter resolved.

We have guaranteed you in our previous mail that as soon as the GBP1, 500 is sent, the Justice Ministry will not ask you to pay the balance of GBP4, 000 till the USD$10.5 Million is transferred in full to your nominated Bank account, therefore, they are expecting you to keep to this agreement of completing the sent USD$900 to GBP1, 500 by sending the balance of GBP600 by tomorrow morning if you want them to keep to their own agreement as well.

This is the way things stand now, in this respect, we expect you to give us the MTCN details of the sent GBP600 on time by tomorrow morning so that we can conclude the matter on time. You spoke with our Financial Officer, MR GARY ROBERTS this early morning of today 6^th December 2010 but you never informed him or send any mail to us to complain that today and tomorrow Tuesday 7^th December 2010 is a Moslem Holiday in your Country, therefore, you will not send the GBP800 again, it was MR JAMES DIMON of JP MORGAN CHASE BANK that has called us few hours ago to solicit on your behalf about the extension till Wednesday 8^th December 2010 for the payment.

We don’t have any problems with you on whenever you want to pay the fee but don’t forget that it is the authority of the Justice Ministry to enforce the law concerning this matter and what they have ordered is that a penalty of GBP100 should be enforced for each day that you default in the payment, therefore, if it is Wednesday that you want to pay the fee, what you have to prepare for the payment is GBP1,000 (One thousand British Pounds Sterling only) as it two days penalty fee of GBP100 each day has been adopted by them.
