Miss Young

Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

I am Samuel Harris and My wife, Michelle Harris from London
just delivered two girls by cesarean section on the 25TH
September 2010. The delivery was prolonged / complicated and unfortunately, they
were Siamese Twins / Conjoined twins.

We were referred to a specialist hospital in a nearby city
where doctors said they were connected from the breast bone to the navel - a connecton
called thoracopagus -
they have abnormal hearts, share important blood vessels and are joined at the liver and intestine, The current concern is that the two hearts and joined circulation raise a risk that the children might suddenly deteriorate and need emergency separation surgery.

The doctors at the specialist hospital informed
us that the separation can be done. They
have given us contact where the surgery will cost 33,000.00 Great Britain Pounds.

We were married for nine year ago without a child until now
and we are scared of loosing this chance because i know my wife have a medical
condition that affected her uterus so it might be impossible for her to conceive
again. We write to appeal for help to safe the lives of our unfortunate children. We
shall appreciate your kindness no matter how small.
