Greetings to you in the name of God our father creator of heaven and earth and Jesus Christ our savior, I am Reverend Paul Fiifi residence Pastor of Christ God Leadership Ministries Accra Ghana.
I have here with me in my local assembly a young man named WYCLEF EFEMENA ALI an orphan and refugee from Haiti 17 years old, his father was a top government official who was burier together
with his wife during the earth quake that occurred in Haiti some days ago. the young man came to us from the deadly thorn country with his late father's will clearly declaring him the only child and
beneficiary of his fathers wealth, and a certificate of ownership of bonds in Barclay's Bank Accra Ghana by the late father to the sum of $ 4, 500,000 usd of which the young man is the next of kin
to the fathers agreement with the bank.
The will of his father states that until the boy completes his advance education in any developed country of the world he cannot have control over his wealth but should be under control of guardian
who should have full control and access to the wealth on behalf of the boy thereby caring for the young man as his own son until he completes his advance education, and that whoever adopts his
son must be a well behaved person with proof of no criminal background and must be a national of any of the developed country of the world that has records or reports of their citizens from birth.
The conditions of this will makes me a national of an underdeveloped country like Ghana and my church unable to adopts this young man so I’m appealing on behalf of the young orphan for your
cooperative assistance to adopt the child and help him set up a good life in your country with the whole of his
father’s wealth it is also his father’s wish that the little boy live a good life outside
the shores of Africa precisely in the civilized and developed countries of the world. The money in the boys name will be transferred to your sole supervision until the little boy completes his
advance education according to the late father’s wish for the boy which is also good for him in long term.
