How are you today? hope you are fine, I am happy in your reply to my mail, It is a bit cold here in Dakar Senegal now. Darling as i told you about my condition in the camp, i really need someone with Godly heart who will help me and advice me on what to do. i don't have any relative now whom I can go to, all my relatives ran away during that crisis, the only person who take care of us is Reverend Peter Kings who is the pastor of (Christian Fellowship Church) here in the camp. He has been very kind to me since i came here.

As a refugee here i don't have any right or privilledge to any thing be it money or whatever because it is against the law of this country. I want to go back to my studies.I was only in my second year when the tragic incident that take the lives of my parents occured
I want you to know this, i have my late father's bank deposite certificate and death certificate here with me which i will send to you later, because when he was alife he deposited some amount of money in a bank which he used my name as the next of kin, the amount in question is $3.9m. ( Three million nine hundred Thousand Dollars).So i will like you to help me transfer this money to your account and from it you can send some money for me to get my travelling documents and air ticket to come over to meet with you so we can invest the money.
I kept this secret to people in the camp here, Please i will like you to keep it to yourself and don't tell it to anyone for i am afraid of loosing my life and the money if people get to know about it. Remember i am giving you all this information due to the trust i have on you.
I like honest , understanding ,truthful, and hardworking man. My favourite language is english but our language is french but i speak english very fluently because i attented English school. How are you today? I believe that you are doing well. I'm fine here, with all hopes to meet with you immediately after the transfer of my late fathers money to your position for a better life. Darling i pray that God will bless and reward you for every effort you are about to make to see me out from this terrible condition i am in this refugee camp where i am living today as a result of my parents death. Please i want you to contact the bank on my behelf and ask them the procedure of transferring this money into your account, i have already been in contact with the bank about the money my late father deposited in there bank which i am the next of kin, The bank advice me to look for a partner who will assist me in the transfer due to my refugee status here in Senegal, as a refugee i am not allowed directly to claim the money but through an appointed representative as the law governing refugee here in Senegal states. Based on this information i will like you to send an email or call the transfer department of the bank today with the email address and phone number below and as them for legal procedure to make the transfer to your account.
