Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled
"Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for
my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner
or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly
come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of
money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

Respect to your chamber. I am writing this mail to you on behalf of a man from Canada refuse to bring his information to my chamber here for the preparation of a document (power of attorney) for him to stand on behalf of her partner Silver Ipere who has been in the refugee camp to transfer her late father money from Royal Bank of Scotland to my his account.
Sequel to his email on how to prepare a power of attorney for him and her partner Miss Silvery Ipere. Her partner Miss Silvery Ipere has already came to my office with Rev Emmanuel Aja the pastor from the refugee camp to discuss about the issuing to them an authorization letter that will enable him stand on her behalf to transfer her money from ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND to his account in his country or elsewhere.
But from my inquires from them during the discussion i found out from them that there are three documents required from them before the transfer of the money to you.
1.A copy of Death certificate of Dr Owen Ipere. 2.A copy of His Statement of account.( Which you will confirm on the attachment) 3.Power of attorney. Bank in London say that this document power of attorney must be endorsed by a Senegalese resident lawyer with a signature of the young lady Silvery Ipere.
From my inquiries from federal high court, the preparation of this document it will cost the sum of 625 us dollars for authentication of the power of attorney at the high court before it becomes valid and 390 us dollars for notary stamping at the notary republic. My legal processing fee of 205 us dollars total (1220 us dollars)
I contact you because the young man said that i should contact you as his lawyer for the confirmation of the document before the he can render his information and money.
I will like you to confirm the mail with the document attached on it and get back to me for the service. Waiting for your reply.
