Thanks for your reply and your faithful explanation, Sir we wont you to go and explain this issue to your bank very well so they will understand this transaction very well cause there is know way bank draft can be transfer without deposit it into account to become live cash before transfer. for your information we didn't transfer cash to our bank but bank draft so it need to be deposited into your newly account before they can made any transfer to your own private account in your country as well.

Sir regarding to the assurances to be frank we can not assure you that your winning certificate will be DHL to you but if only you can travel to UK for you to be assure since you did not believe in the prize you have won.

We all have past through one or two experience in life but we do keep them behind us so we can proceed in our daily activities. Sir i would advice you to go ahead and contact the bank and open your account so they can made your transfer as well. Below is your winning certificate attach for confirmation.
