BAN KI-MOON: sorry for the delay

Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

Our reasons are: In the Year 2004, the United Nations office partly got burnt and most contractors information were lost, so in our efforts to retrieve lost data, we unanimously decided to go online to requisite data base and there your names and e-mail were seen to match one of the missing information of one of the unpaid contractor in our payroll. Having understood your unstable financial situation, we in United Nations Office has begged the Bank to accept payment by installment on your behalf; this is to assist our numerous beneficiaries worldwide to receive their delayed payment. United Nations owes you the sum of $10.5 M (Ten Million Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars). Installments means, the fund will be transferred little by little into your account, and once the first part of the fund is transferred to your account, you are advised to withdraw from your account to facilitate the transfer of the rest of the funds.
