How are you today, I hope fine?
I received your reply and thanks, please read my e-mails properly to understand my current situation, my dream is to relocate to your country and invest with your help.
Like I told you in my previous e-mail, the money is inside ONE MEDIUM SIZE TRUNK BOX and is locked by my late father before he deposited it with the Security Company in my name as the only daughter and beneficiary, but I have the KEY NUMBER of the Trunk Box with me.
I have discussed with the manager of the Security Company and he said that you can come down here to their office in Dakar Senegal and clam the Trunk box for me but if you cannot come down to Dakar Senegal, they can deliver the Trunk box to you in your house within 2 days by their Diplomat.
I want you to know that the manager of the Security Company does not
know what is inside the Trunk Box since my late father did not disclose it to them for security reasons, rather he told them that the Trunk Box contains family documents and photographic equipments.
My dear, since the Security Company does not know what is inside the Trunk Box, they cannot transfer the money to you, rather they can only deliver the Trunk Box to you in your house, so that when you receive it, I will send you the KEY NUMBER to open it and take out money from inside and send to me to get my visa, buy my ticket and prepare and join you.
I have discussed with the manager of the Security Company and I told him about you and he assured me that since you cannot come down to Dakar Senegal, they will deliver the Trunk Box to you in your house within 5 days, so I want you to contact the Security Company and they will explain the delivery procedure to you.
So below is the contact information of the Finance
and Security Company where my late father deposited the Trunk Box in my name, send them e-mail and call the Director on telephone, the name of the man in charge of this transaction is Mr Ebrima Danso, I have told him about you and he is willing to help us, so contact him immediately you receive this mail.
Please when you contact the Security Company, do not let them know that the Trunk Box contains cash, just tell them that you are my foreign partner and I have instructed you to represent me and receive the Trunk Box in your country as my foreign partner.

Actually my dear,I intend to continue with my education when i join you.

Subject: I told the Reverend father to get a Senegal Lawyer for us
My dearest
one,
How are you today, I hope fine?
I received
your reply and I am happy to know that the Security Company has replied
you, I read their reply and I understood all their requirements.
Concerning the
Deposit Certificate and my late father's death
certificate, I want you to know that I have the two documents with me
here and as soon as I scan them in the business center, I will send them
to you so that you can submit them to the Security Company as they
requested.
Please
just send them your
identification and all their requirements so that they will start the
process of the delivery without delay.
Finally, about the authorization letter , I have just called the manager of the Security
Company yesterday and asked him about the two documents, power of attorney and
affidavit of oath and so he told me that it is the high court of Senegal
who will issue you the two documents and he advised me to get a Senegal
Lawyer for him to help us and obtain the two document immediately.
So
since I am a refugee here and I am not allowed to go out, I will beg
the Reverend father to get a Senegal Lawyer for us, so as soon as the
Reverend father gets a Lawyer for us, I will let you know so that you
can contact the Lawyer to arrange for the two documents.
Please, I am hoping that after the Security Company
delivers the Trunk Box to you, I will send you the KEY NUMBER to open
the box and take out money from inside and send to me to get my visa and
buy my ticket to join you.
But
you can always call me on the telephone number of the Reverend father
in charge of the Church where I live, when you call,
tell the man that you want to talk to me, he will send for me to come to
his office and answer your call.
Finally,Bank is a security company where people put their valuables for safe keeping so id did not make any mistake if i call the bank a security company

I am sorry for the late reply, I was trying to scan the two documents to send to you and now that I have scanned them, I attach the Deposit certificate which the Bank issued to my late father when he deposited the Trunk box with them and also the Death certificate which the hospital issued after his death, please when you receive them, send the two documents and your passport photocopy with the address where they will deliver the trunk box to the
Security Company, they are expecting to hear from you.
In respect of the form they sent to you,if is only for documentation purpose.It is for them to know where they will deliver the trunk box after they finish their documentation.
While the power of attorney will indicate that you are my partner and have empowered you to act on my behalf to claim my inheritance with the bank.
My Dear,you should fill the form and send it bank to the bank with this document i sent to you while you send a mail or call to the lawyer to assist us with the remaining requirements from the bank.
Concerning the two remaining documents,

(ii) AFFIDAVIT OF OATH
I told you that I will ask the Reverend father to The
Reverend father get a Senegal Lawyer for us and this afternoon, the Reverend father introduced me to a Senegal lawyer, I have discussed with the Lawyer and told him about you, he has accepted to help us and get the two documents from the High Court of Senegal but he said that you will have to pay some government fee before the High Court will issue you the two documents, I dont know how much the two documents will cost but when you contact the Lawyer, he will tell you.
The name of the Lawyer is Barrister Santos Edson, he is a very good lawyer here in Dakar Senegal, the Reverend father knows him, please you should contact the Lawyer in his contact information below and he will explain the process of getting the two
documents from the High Court of Senegal and how much they will cost, please send him email and call him on his telephone number below.
