partnership agreement clause amendment flaw
Firstly, i share the same motive
with you but under your comment and reaction
towards my agreement left me with a blank
opinion. i'm only speaking for myself and me
alone. This fund is mine and i have total
control of it. Nobody else can decide the law
that will govern the agreement but i should do.
The agreement terms and conditions must be
govern by the law of Accra, Greater Accra Region
of Ghana and not the law of Florida, United
States of America. Secondly, nobody should be
entitle of any salary for the work rendered to
this partnership.
We can only continue when
we clear these important
issues.
Sincerely,
Daniel |

The only
additional objection i have is party's signature
column, i'm the first partner my name should be in the
first left side of the agreement and yours is in the
right side as the second party.
Once you are able
to fix these important features, i will have my lawyer
review it further then after satisfaction, we can then
go ahead to implement it, and you must notarize it in
your local registrar court and i will also countersign
and notarize it before we can
commence.
Sincerely,
Daniel

I only said you
should make the changes and resend it to me so that my lawyer
can review it further, do not notarize it until my lawyer
approve it, otherwise it will result to double
work.
Sincerely,
Daniel

My lawyer has completed his
review, so you can now go ahead and notarize the agreement after you
append your signature at the right section.
However, you can
find my identification i.e. Work ID and my voter's card, my int'l passport
has expired and the new one, which i have since applied for will take
about 1month to process it.
Sincerely,
Daniel

My lawyer went out of town during the weekend without my knowledge, it is
unlikely i will return the agreement today, because of my job.
I have signed the agreement except your supplementary proposal. if i have
any development, i will let you know.

Tell you lawyer that i'm not interested in this partnership anymore, if he
doesn't understand that each branch differentiate their email ID and my phone
number is not suppose to be included in the list of the phone numbers published
in the internet website by headquarters.
so, if we do not have trust between ourselves there is no need to
continue.
Sincerely,

I will not be able to notarize the already signed agreement today, because
i'm busy in the office and i cannot abandon my job.
My lawyer is out of town, and nobody to do it for me. Probably by
tomorrow i will see what i can do.
Please bear with me.
Sincerely,
Daniel N. Armah
