Sequel to your last email to us concerning your suggested mode of payment, i am hereby informing you that after due consideration by the relevant department here, your request has been denied due to the fact that the assigned courier company's saddled with the responsibility of sending out packages on our behalf, are as competent as can be,In other words, what i am saying is, to avoid theft or double claims by unscrupulous individuals, we decided that payments be made prior to delivery.

Let it be known to you that ECOWAS is an organisation spanning all countries of the West African sub-region, and thus cannot be associated with anything illegal. The only way your package would leave the shores of this country is if you pay up the fee of delivery depending on your choice from any of the 3 (three) aforelisted world-class courier services. If not, i am afraid there is nothing that can be done about it.if you wish to come in person to our head office here in NIGERIA to redeem your DONATION you are very free to do that.
