This is to acknowledge the receipt of your email, as regards your philanthropic gesture fund that was bequeathed to you by my late client Mr. TAN SRI LIM GOH TONG. I deem it most pertinent that I introduce myself and to let you know what this philanthropic gesture is all about. I am very serious to see that our late client (WILL) is achieved so that the bank management will not take advantage of the fund for their own use or credit the money into the government treasury as per the law here in our country. As a lawyer, I must tell you that (WILLING) ones property or money that has to do with philanthropic gesture does not mean that the person wants you to inherit the money, the money is supposed as stated in his (WILL) to be for the less privileged, homeless and the widows, to assist the orphanage homes.

The aim of this letter is to brief you on how your name and email address was gotten. It is about my late client Mr. Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong who built a hilltop casino in Malaysia. Before he died he made a WILL with my Law Chamber MOHAMMED BIN ABDULLAH CHAMBERS AND ASSOCIATES. He stated in his WILL that the sum of $3.5Million USD Dollars should be donated to anyone outside Malaysia.
 
Since his death we have been trying our possible means of contacting someone outside Malaysia to inherit this fund after our several efforts that proves abortive, until when the government of Malaysia came into the picture and passed a decree that we must provide someone within the interval of two weeks or else this fund will be credited into government treasury.
 
Now for us to achieve this we invited the IT students from United Kingdom UK, and they came with their software which generated all the names and email addresses in the whole world. Then a little girl of six years old was called to pick from the wholesome lots of names and email addresses that were generated from the software. Your name and your email address emerged as the lucky winner that was how we got your name and your email address.
 
The day this exercise was conducted the Bank Manager of HSBC Bank, the Attorney General who was accompanied with other Attorneys’ from the High Court of Malaysia. All these dignitaries were in my office as eye witnesses of this exercise and they went back with their record and the result of this random draw.
 
 As the results of the random draw were emerged, I thought it wise to contact you immediately since the mandate is short time period (Two Weeks). Therefore I implore you to give me your maximum cooperation in order to achieve this great task ahead of us.

This information as I told you earlier will help me obtain all the approval from high court here in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia to start the onward processing of your fund release to your nominated account immediately. It’s obviously interesting to have you here in Malaysia regarding your fortune of$3.5Million United States Dollars. Do make sure you are here in Malaysia on or before 31st of July 2010 due to the limited time of this project.
