INVESTMENT AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT made this day 23rd of June 2008 BETWEEN Thomas Allen of 4552 SW Terrace Miramar Fl, 33027, United States of America {hereinafter called “the First Investor”} which expression shall where the context so admits include his assigns and successors in title of the one part AND {Hereinafter called “the second investor"} which expression and successors-in-title of the other part.

WHERE AS..

1. That the First Investors have the sum of US$25 Million hereinafter called “the fund” for investment purposes.

2. That the First Investor approached the second investor, and the second investor agreed to receive the said funds for investment on behalf of the first investor.

NOW IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

a. That the second Investor shall receive the funds and shall place it in a profitable and lucrative investment for the First Investor as will be decided by the first investor.

b. That the Second Investor shall act as Investment adviser to the First Investor and shall present a profitable investment proposals for the consideration of the First Investor.

c. That after the second investor had secured the funds in her bank account, the first investor's Attorney shall meet the second investor in Indonesia to execute an agreement binding both parties in an investment which shall mutually be agreed upon by both parties.

d. That the first investor shall restore the second investor to her original statuesque and bearing wholly other liabilities and expenses should the transaction fail to materialize satisfactorily.

e. That the parties hereby bind themselves absolutely to the terms of this Agreement and agree to maintain utmost good faith and absolute confidentiality and no part of this transaction shall be disclosed to a third party.

Thanks for your explanation and understanding regardin the other proposal I told you to ignore. I am amazed to see that your mum is still very young at heart. Lucky you!. Like you requested, I am attaching herewith, a pic I took with Mrs. Hilary Clinton, wife of former President of my country before our departure to Iraq. I hope you will like me.

Please remember to either email Ms Bell or call her and inform her that you shall be making the deposit on the 6th of October. I have already emailed my Attorney, advising him to keep his own 5,000 pounds till October 6, and he has responded back and assured me that he will not disappoint me.
