Thank you for your response and the assurances, For the sake of time, I will proceed with the details bearing in mind that you will respect my wishes that you do not use any information I would be sharing with me against me in anyway as far as my intentions are genuine and for our mutual benefits.

I want to sincerely thank you for at least giving me an opportunity to explain myself, please do not hesitate to ask for clarification whenever there is need as I proceed, and I must confess to you that the mission of the coalition forces to this place and all the resultant effects especially the pains the poor people here are going through daily and the devastation was not necessary as there were alternatives and to me the idea was conceived mostly on selfish grounds, and I am sure that the whole world will find out the truth someday, as you may be aware, we have officially commenced our disengagement from Iraq , though most of us here in Mosul still have an extended schedule.

Due to time constraints, I will try here to give you the details and also spell out your prospective role.

(1) I am in Mosul, while the packages used to conceal the funds(3) medium size , hard and tamper proof trunks with multiple locks are in a rented apartment at the wealthy Yarmouk district of west Baghdad which was and is still one of the safest areas in Baghdad where exits and entrances are closely guarded, checkpoints every few hundred yards.

(2) My duty post is in a remote part of Mosul about 360 Km from the capital city of Baghdad , the last time I traveled to Baghdad was February 12Th and am not allowed to leave the vicinity of my duty post, except I have a pass to travel. Due to the outlined reasons, I trusted every issue relating to the apartment to one Lisa Heldberg who is a very close friend and a senior staff of the protocol unit of the UN operations here in Iraq .

She does not know the real contents of the packages, and must not know for personal reasons, she believes that they are some very valuable documents and other valuable personal effects belonging to an Asian American Doctor who died here in Iraq, and confided in me before his death to send the packages as they are to his family in Europe . On my behalf, she takes care of every issue relating to the apartment like the rent, utility bills settling the fees for the guards from a private US security company that watch over the premises.

ACTION PLAN:
(1) Unfortunately there is no way the funds can be transferred through the banking system for very obvious reasons, especially because of the source, and the fact that it is very illegal for me to be in possession of such volume of funds because of my status here, but there is a very secure way this would be handled, and I am going to present that here:

(2) The UN airplanes makes scheduled flights to Europe once in a week except in cases of emergency, and brief stops in London - UK and Madrid - Spain It is in one of such flights that I have concluded arrangements to move the packages.

As soon as we agree in principle to proceed, Lisa will apply for clearance for the three packages being one of the conditions for carriage of any UN accompanied cargoes from Baghdad by the UN carrier, so diplomatic paper can be issued to cover them.

(3) On arrival in London or Madrid (My preferred temporary destination after consultations with Lisa) packages will be moved with other UN cargoes to office of UN 3 Whitehall Court, London, SW1A 2EL. OR Zaragoza , Spain.

YOUR PROSPECTIVE ROLE:
(Option 1)
To pick up the packages from London relying on the guidance and directives that will be given by Lisa, and there is an alternative option that you do not have to travel.

(Option 2)
To use the services of an agency in Europe ,to receive the packages on arrival, and further sending them to you, they are consultants to UN operations in Europe, and other international organizations, like the Military, red cross organization, Embassies and carry out services like movement of very classified documents, materials and related items from one country/continent to the other for such organizations like I have mentioned above.

All we have to do is establish a contact through my guidance with this company whose services was introduced to me by Sgt. Andy Povey, a British soldier serving here who has used their services in a similar way successfully. My greatest problem however is the timing.

As it is now, I do not have a choice than to accept the percentage that will please you so that we can all have a free mind. kindly suggest what you will like to take as your share for your role.

I will stop here and will discuss on how you will preserve my share when I have your comments.
