Consequently, the President vowed to address most of these pressing issues which have potrayed the image of Nigeria as a bad and corrupt country.One of such issues is Foreign Debts Payments and this is the reason for contacting you.Mr.President had mandated me to seriously tackle this problem headlong without any fear or favour.He have also removed most of the previous stumbling blocks hindering this exercise in the past.
Now,It is just a straight forward exercise within the CBN .The only requirement attached to this foreign payment is the Telex Activation Fee of $198 which is meant to reactivate the telex instruement before making any fund transfer and it is compulsory.You are lucky to be among the 15 selected fund beneficiaries whose cases were officially handed over by the President to me as a test case.I am not taking this assignment anyhow but will do whatever it takes to justify the confidence reposed on me by Mr.President. So, I am happy to announce to you that you can receive your ATMcard(US$2.5Million) now with $198.00 only.This is a new era and a new begining .
