Miss Young

Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

Dear Sir/Madam,

A top compliment, my name is Mr. Andrew Ngoma, Credit and Foreign Bills of FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF SOUTH AFRICA (FNB). I am writing in respect of a foreign customer of our bank with account number 622-76-330-371 whose name is Chung Lynda, (Mrs.), an American citizen who died in a plane crash [Korean Air Flight 801] with the whole passengers onboard on August 6, 1997.

For your perusal you can view this website Ref:

http://www.cnn.com/WORLD/9708/06/guam.passenger.list

Since the demise of this customer, I personally have watched with keen interest to see the next of kin but all has proved abortive as no one has come to claim his funds of US$15.5M (Fifteen Million Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars) which has been with our branch for a very long time.

On this note, I decided to seek for whom his/her name shall be used as the Next of Kin as no one has come up as his next of kin. And the banking ethics here does not allow such money to stay more than certain years because the money will be recalled to the bank treasury as unclaimed funds after the specified period stipulated by the banks obligation.

In view of this, I got your contact when I was making a research on a foreigner I will use in this great opportunity to assist me receive this money for safe keeping and investments as the total funds will be taken over by my bank as provided in section 129 sub 63(N), Africa Banking Edit of 1961. For your assistance I am willing to give you 40% of the total amount. Upon the receipt of your response, I will send you by fax or email the letter of application which you will type sign and send back to me to enable us start the processing of this claim.

I will not fail to bring to your notice that this business is hitch free and that you should not entertain any fear as all modalities for the smooth and easy transfer of this fund has been finalized, this transaction will be completed within five banking days of receiving your response, after you apply to the bank as the next of kin.

When you receive this mail, kindly reply me on my personal address (andrewngoma@gala.net ) immediately. Please do include your full names and your private Tel/Fax numbers for quick communication.

Thank you and have a blessed day, warm regards.

Yours Sincerely,

Mr Andrew Ngoma
