Consequent upon all that have been stated so far, I want to humbly and respectfully suggest that a representative of mine with a diplpomatic immunity that shall be recommended by the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Mr. Sanusi Lamido Aminu Sanusi shall meet you one-on-one at a designated location of your choice in your country as partners and for you to see evidence of the fund (€229,500,000.00 ) that has already been mapped out for this project and which shall be released to you after agreeing on terms of investment and other conditions during the meeting with my representative.
However, you shall be responsible for the flight ticket and hotel accomodation of my representative for the trip to your country as a demonstration of your commitment to the over-all success of this transaction and this shall cost you US$4,500.00 (Four Thousand, Five Hundred United States Dollars).
The CBN Governor, Mr. Sanusi Lamido Aminu Sanusi shall, after your contact with him, link you to my representative, who shall in return, advice you on how to send the US$4,500.00 after which he shall furnish you with his travel itinery for the trip to your country for the meeting with you.
We shall, during the meeting with my representative, jointly execute the modalities for our operation by studying all areas of need with a view of making adjustments if the need arises.
All these shall be matter for detailed discussion and therefore, it is imperative that my representative meet you one-on-one in your country as I cannot singularly dictate.
