On behalf of Federal Government of Nigeria , the World Bank, the UnitedNation Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and the United States TreasuryDepartment, we hereby apologize forfraudulent and scams the so-calledNigerian business associates of yours have committed you in EuropeanCountries, United States of America, Malaysia , Nigeria/Entire Africa Region and the Middle East, the World Bank has pledged that all scamreconciliation payment should be made via CITIBANK N.A NEW YORK.
