You are welcome to the Lottery Winners Funds Transfer Unit of Royal Bank of Scotland Plc, an affiliate of the BBC ONE NATIONAL LOTTERY. We have with us your file stating a full details of your award winning information as received from the BBC One National Lottery claims manager, we have been given instructions by the BBC One National Lottery Board to Transfer your winnings to you as their registered bank.
We have seen your approved Winning Contact Code and your BBC One National Lottery Ref. Kindly note that your winnings deposited with us is not in liquid cash form but is a Certified Bank Cheque of the sum £1,263,584.00 Pounds Sterling , this is in compliance with the Anti-Fraud law, section 2, sub section (iv) of the procedural manual of the funds disbursement law by the British Government.
In line with the transfer of your winnings to you, according to theBBC OneNational Lottery Terms and Conditions for winnings claims, Below are the two alternative options with their associated conditions.
Alternative Option (1) "Courier Check Transfer Option":
In this option, your certified winning cheque along with the legal documents backing your winnings will be delivered to your address that you have provided us within 72 hours, we will use the international licensed PARCEL FLIGHT Courier Company to deliver your winnings parcel to your address.
Note that in this option, your winning parcel cannot be delivered to P.O.Box addresses or street corners but to your residence because the FedEx delivery officers must have to sight your personal valid identification and other required documentations to confirm your legal identity before they will hand over your winning package to you in person.
Below is the mandatory cost associated with the Courier Check Transfer Option via FedEx that you will have to pay for your winnings parcel to be delivered to you in your home country.

Alternative Option (2) "Bank To Bank Swift Transfer":
This is the direct bank transfer that will enable you to personally make the transfer of your winnings online into any account that you will provide for this financial institution to effect the transfer. This is always done electronically through our e-banking services and it will take 24 hours for your winning funds to reflect in any bank account that you will provide.
Below is the mandatory cost associated with the Bank To Bank Swift Transfer that you will have to pay for your winnings to be transferred into your Nominated account.

Note: The charges for any of the option you choose cannot be deducted from your winnings. This is in accordance with section 13(1) (n) of the National Gambling Act as adopted in 1993 and amended on 3RD July 1996 by the constitutional assembly. This is to protect winners and to avoid misappropriation of funds.
You are required to respond to this email by making a selection from the above listed options and do send your response to indicate your preferred option within the next 48hrs because you only have 10 working days to claim your winnings and after this period your winnings will be deemed to have been forfeited by you and will be re-used in the next lottery draws.
