Subject: CONTRACT/INHERITANCE PAYMENT
ATTN: BENEFICIARY,
We hereby bring to your notice that the Federal Executive Council (FEC) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria has resolved to pay you a partial payment of US$1,000,000 (One Million United States Dollars Only) out of your contract/inheritance payment. In an attempt to make amends on the former payment mode, this approved sum shall be paid to you by Visa ATM Card which is
presently the official approved mode of payment.
However, you are advised to contact Mr. Jonathan Egoamaka of the Nigerian Security Company on e-mail: nsclink@ymail.com or telephone: +234-808-670-3992 for the claim of your Visa ATM Card without delays. Please note that this approved US$1,000,000 is only a partial payment in this last quarter payment of the year 2011 and the balance of your payment will be paid in full in the first quarter payment of the year 2012. You are only required to pay the official approved fee of US$100 only to the Nigerian Security Company for insurance fee, which is the only fee required for you to have your Visa ATM Card for your partial payment and no other fee will be required for any
reason or excuse so you are strongly advised to report to us any further demand for fees.
Finally, we hereby give you an irrevocable guarantee that this insurance fee of US$100 is the only fee required for you to have your Visa ATM Card for your partial payment of US$1,000,000 (One Million United States Dollars Only). We hereby express our profound gratitude for your patience all these years and be rest assured that your long awaited and over due contract/inheritance payment will be released to you without further delays.
Thanks for your anticipated cooperation.
Yours faithfully,
Labaran Maku
