In acknowledgment to your interest to participate in this forthcoming
international seminar meeting, I wish to inform you that your request of
application has been accepted by this Organization. The forthcoming meeting is
open for everyone who is interested to Participate.
The
International seminar meeting is scheduled to take place from 21st to 25th
November, 2011 at Victoria House, 14 Bradford Road, Guiseley Leeds West
Yorkshire LS20 8NH England. The theme of the seminar is to teach our society
the Importance of Health Security and the need for Social Welfare worldwide.
The forthcoming international seminar is organized by Foundation for Peace
Building Organization here in England. Note that registration is free for all
participants attending this meeting with us, and there will also be translators
at the seminar hall to translate all languages to delegates that don’t
understand English.
Delegates
are accepted to participate together as a group of (6) from each country or
organization; you can also participate as an individual if you are unable to
form a group. The independent Donors and our Organization Sponsors are fully
responsible for participants traveling document (Visa) processing for only those
that their passport requires visa to attend this meeting with us here in
England, and Air round trip tickets to attend this seminar will be provided to
all participants. Note that participants will only be responsible and to pay
for their hotel accommodation charges here in England immediately after your
registration in this meeting.
Be
informed that immediately after your registration file has been open, the
registration forms will be sent to you to fill. We shall send you an official
invitation letter after the confirmation of your registration in this meeting,
and your visa document will be process here in England and the approval letter
with other necessary documents of your visa will be send to the U.K Embassy in
your country of resident to enable you visit the Embassy for the collection of
your visa to attend this meeting with us.

from 20th to 26th November, 2011 for that is the duration of days you are to

paper on the topics of the seminar which is the (Importance of Health Security
and the need for Social Welfare), if willing for all documentation will be
published by Foundation for Peace Building Organization. And certificate will
be giving to all participants as a representative of Foundation for Peace

registration file will be open as soon as we receive your information’s
details, be informed that immediately after your registration file has been
opened by Foundation for Peace Building Organization here in England, your
hotel booking confirmation receipt will be requested for by this organization
to confirm your participation. Note that without your hotel booking
confirmation receipt, the U.K visa Immigrant service cannot be able to
authorize your visa document to attend the upcoming meeting.
The
U.K Bureau of Immigrant Affairs needs to be convinced that you will return back
to your country of resident after the seminar is over, before your visa
document can be authorized by the U.K Attorney General, this is done due to the
population of illegal immigrant coming into the States to stay permanently by
this mist of attending an intentional seminar. So that is why your hotel
reservation receipt is needed, to enable the U.K Bureau of Immigrant Affairs
monitor the (in and out) of immigrant coming into England, and to ensure that
you have secure a place to stay during the seminar.
