Miss Young

Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

If you received a similar email, you should go to the homepage to read more about 419 fraud.

Subject: Brief details .

Hello,
I ' m a Lawyer from Hong Kong. I work for an Iraqi high top personnel in Iraqi North Oil Company in Iraq. My job takes me most times from Iraq to Turkey and China.

My client in Iraq needs a Foreigner who can help assist in exporting 100,000 barrels of Light Crude Oil daily from Kirkuk. This business is outside Iraqi North Oil Company' s Knowledge. My client is able to get extra barrels of light crude oil which amounts to 100,000 barrels through the means Iraqi North Oil Company gets theirs.

What we want is a foreigner that does not work with Iraqi North Oil Company to run a Foreign Company we already set up in Iraq. This can be done with ease with my assistance. I also want you to know that you really do not need to have any experience before you can partake in this business.

We have been doing this business with a Turkish man previously until he recently got greedy and we cannot afford to loose more money to him as we do not have any other choice as at then but working with you leaves us with no choice than to stop working with him immediately. This is why we need another foreign partner like you that will assist us without greed and that would be truthful.

There is no risk involved at all in the matter as we are going to adopt a legalized method and I have documentations backing up this company set up for this exportation purpose. Please endeavour to observe utmost discretion in all matters concerning this issue. I need to know if you can handle this business with us?
Your earliest response to this letter will be appreciated.

Hello,
Your duty is to stand as the foreign director to this Company in Iraq.
You are expected to open an international cash account in your name in a Finance Home Bank in your country.
This International cash account will be used to accept payments from sales of crude oil from our buyers.
My client does not want us to make use of the company account in Iraq.
The reason is the company account will bring high Tax Charge to our company.
A foreigner' s International cash account will bring very little tax charge.
This will make us make more profit in this business project.

Hello,
We can start exportation of these crude oil barrels in a few days if we put in effort as agreed. I will do everything legally required to ensure that the project goes smoothly, it shall pass through all normal Iraq Laws and all exportation must pass through the international laws of exportations that varies from country to country without violating any exportation regulations and monetary regulations.

All necessary documentations from the region of Kirkuk and to the Ministry of Oil (Iraq) backing our company as a contractor to export these crude oil barrels is available and valid. Foreign business entities need to register with the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Trade for the company to be a recognised contractor here in Iraq. I secured a memo and articles of association, a work permit and certificate of incorporation to register this company as at the point of registration, while my client still holds 10% share of the company. I also want you to know that your presence in Iraq to stand as the contractor is not really important if you do not wish to come down as we only need your consent to register you as a Foreign Stake Holder in this company to export these barrels. How we export these barrels and the expenses involved then will be our responsibility.

There is a major transportation of crude oil by pipelines to Turkey. The Iraq - Turkey Crude Oil Pipeline System transports the oil produced in Kirkuk and other areas of Iraq to the Ceyhan (Yumurtalýk) Marine Terminal in Turkey.
Once the barrels have been exported and sold we shall share the proceeds in the ratio of 85% for us considering the fact that we are the originators and initial financier of this partnership business and then 15% for you.  I need to know you proper and will like you to send me the following details below:

Full Names:
Telephone number:
Home Address:
Age:
Occupation:

Finally after that we shall provide you with more details of this operation.
Your earliest response to this letter will be appreciated.
