According to Mr. Olivier, they were able to move the money successful to London and their diplomat also processing for the release and deliver of your cargo. He said that they encountering some more expenses during the releasing process because the Board wanted to change the earlier agreement to pay the amount (50,000£) but now asking that it should be examine which I don’t know if they discover anything precious during the long stay of the cargo in their custody or they are only suspecting the content.

Mr. Olivier called to inform me, I warned him that they most take the necessary steps and make sure that the consignment is release unexamined and urgently deliver to you. He explains of more expenses be erupted due to the board demands, then he invited me to his office and I spoke direct with the diplomat and give him my word by promising that you will refund them back their extra expenses once they release and deliver the consignment to you. I was at Olivier office this afternoon and he confirmed to me that they have regulated the matter and that you will receive your cargo by tomorrow because the agent called Mr. Michael by name will move this night from London according to his flight schedule.

He goes on to inform me about their debt of (4000€) but I ask to hold on until you confirm your cargo then we will balance on how the whole expenses goes.

This is the latest news so far and I wait to confirm his arrival from you. Please try to keep your word based on my yesterday mail to refund this Michael the said (7000€).

Good morning. Based on your Friday text message and mail, together with our telephone conversation this morning, I have tried to reach Mr. Olivier through his mobile this morning due to today is Sunday but no progress which I believe that he mighty be in the Sunday.

I can’t promise you anything now until I hear from Olivier because I’m not satisfied with this service system. My only assurance to you is that the cargo most be delivered to your house as we all earlier agreed here.

The only problem am having now is that I will not be in town from Tuesday because my elder brother is seriously ill. I supposed to move today but I have a serious case to attend tomorrow at High Court here.

Here is my proposal if you approve it, respond.

If Mr. Olivier did not sound assurance to me, I will instruct them to return the cargo back to London until I return because I have being working with BANAHA ever before Olivier employed. Though I must communicate you based on the outcome of my discussion with him either late tomorrow or Tuesday morning before I move.

Answer to your opinion. Returning the consignment back here, is a good idea but it will cost another money to ship it back to Switzerland and then BANAHA will stand ground that we command for the return which means that the whole expenses is on us according to law because we request for the return of the cargo.

Secondly, I can’t let them keep the cargo in Belgium or France but to return it back to London and keep it in a safe care until we are ready to receive it because you have waited according to our scheduled on weekend till now but nothing positive happens during the appointment days and now you have a different appointment to attend to so, they will deliver it at your own convenient time.

This is what I propose if it’s find with you, confirm before I will speak with Olivier.

This is to confirm to you that I have spoken with Olivier based on my yesterday proposal to propound the whole activities because he called me earlier to inform me that their agent was calling but your phone was on answering machine which forced me to text you SMS message, but later on he still give the same complain with words that their agent can not wait all day in vein. I then ask him to return the cargo back to London because you are occupied with other of your activities and will get to them when you are ready and available to receive the consignment.

He wanted to speak on the expenses but I did not give him the avenue of speaking further. Now, I want you to stop answering their agent even if he is still calling you because I have spoken to them on your behalf.
