I have drafted the Agreement Letter, kindly go through it, sign and forward to me so that we shall proceed.

Based on the content of the Memorandum Agreement, the African Development Bank (ADB) mandated my client (the Widow) to pay some amount into her account to enable her account start functioning well again before it can be transferred to any account of her choice, whether Local or International, the reason is because my client (The Widow) left her account for many years now, and since then, her account has remained dormant, and after all verifications, I was confirmed that once she make her account start functioning well again, her account will be free for a smooth transfer and shall be remitted into your account without any hold up during transit.

Concerning what the Agreement stated, my client (the Widow) told me that she has money with her to pay into her account for normal functioning, but the problem is the amount which the bank will request towards that, so it is meant to understand that if she is unable to cover it alone, you shall assist her a little to have her account function well again, and after that, she shall remove some portion from her account to process all the Legal Documents for the smooth transfer in your account, and during the process of the Document, you will not assist her because she will then has access to her fund to cover any expenses for any document which may be required for a smooth remittance to your bank account.

Now, I urge you to go through the agreement, sign and send back to me so that I will proceed with her to the Bank to know the exact amount needed to pay into her account for normal functioning.

I want you to listen carefully, I have red and understood your message, and I understood your points, I am never disagreed on what you stated, and I also printed out your messages and presented to my client (the Widow), and she was happy because you are a genuine person, listen my client and I knows that there are many scammers in Internet, and when I contacted you, she was worried about you, and she was praying for you not to be one of those Internet scammers, but as she has found out that you are really a man for her who has some times being a victim (she failed sorry for that), but it is because you are once a victim to those Internet scammers that made her to believe in you for investment in Indonesia, she has pleaded to you that her investment plans with you has nothing to do with your past experience, so you should believe and trust her.

In this case, I want you to lay every trust in me and my client (the Widow), she don't have any bad intention to you, and I have confirmed her fund with the Bank, so the only thing she need now is to function her account and make the whole transfer to your side since you have signed the Agreement.

Your message and the content was understood by me and my client (the Widow) as well, actually she agreed to transfer even $50,000 to your account as soon as she get her account function well again, so you should believe me when I tell you that it has nothing to do with your bad past experience.

Listen, we paid $22,000 yesterday to the bank, and the bank is waiting for the $3,000 to complete it and to enable the Widow's account start functioning well again, do not see my messages as familiar message to any of your past experience, I am a consultant who wishes to have his client achieved her investment plans in full length, and also with you in good condition, so as soon as you accept with her, everything will be alright.
