Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

When I was the chairman of independent national electoral commission, there was some contract that I awarded to two non existing foreign companies and government approved them, few months ago our federal government paid all the contractors because of our nation wide election and the sum of 49.2million united state dollars was paid to the two non existing foreign companies that I awarded contract to, so I want to use you as the owner of the companies to transfer the money to you, you will have 40% of any amount you reactive, if we use the money for any investment you will also have 40% of the company shear, 60% for me and 40% you.
Last month I used one Damoon, in transferring nine million dollars, he received the money in Dubai, and ran away, so if you and I are embarking on this project, we are going to reach a solid agreement so that you will not cheat me or I cheat you because I am a very honest man.
WHAT I NEED FROM YOU: What I want from you before we proceed to ensure smooth and successful exercise is as follow: 1) to keep this business top secret till the very end. 2) Your mutual understanding to always tell me your mind and to work with me as partner. 3) A statement of assurance that you shall not betray the trust I have on you (like Mr. Damoon) 4) A promise to handle this project as your own and to comply with any thing that will lead to the true successful completion of this project.
Upon the receipt of your response, I shall tell you the next line of action and as a matter of fact when this project will be completed.
