Due to my believe I poured out my hearth to unveil the mysteries
behind your nightmares in this never-ending payment saga, particularly
stressing on the illegal manner at which Government official handle
your fund transaction File which has now been the Primary reason for

be officially cleared by the Justice Department with an additional
Injunction from the Federal High Court that would mandate the paying
authorities which is my office Central Bank of Nigeria to release your
fund UNCONDITIONALLY.
That is the only sure way to maneuvers all official bureaucracies and
legitimately enters your claim on the 2011 government’s capital
expenditure as would be contained on this year’s National 1st quarter
Budget.
I have all it takes to get all these done but I know you will still be
very skeptical going by all you have gone through in this whole
exercise. I am only revealing some secrets to you and you must take
them very seriously in order not to make further mistakes.
The sooner you realized that you need a skilled and highly connected
Nigerian to see you through this payment process, the better for you.
Once more for me to reconfirm if you are the rightful owner of this
fund i want you to provide the following information's to me so that i
will check if what i have in the file is correct such as your full
name and address, private telephone and fax line number amount you are
expecting, age and occupation because all these i have it in your file
but i want to be sure if i am dealing with the right person.
Your trying to get paid through one of the Banks in Nigeria would not
be successful because how do you think the Apex bank Central Bank of
Nigeria will not be aware before any transfer will be made out of the
country. Rather, it will cost you more money, more difficulties and
more embarrassments.
If you can listen to me, just STOP your fruitless arrangements and get
