Hello dear friend,

permit me to introduce myself to you. My name is Celina Bassa, a 23 years
old Liberian citizen, 5.6ft tall and fair in complexion and also a
university student. My father late Dr. Luis Bassa was a highly reputable
business magnate (a cocoa merchant) who operated in the capital of
Liberia during his days. My father was poisoned by his business
associates in one of their outings on a business trip. My mother died
when I was a baby and since then my father was linked or rather
suspected to have been masterminded by his relatives, who were so
jealous because of his wealth and progress.
Before the
death of my father in August 2008. He called his secretary who
accompanied him to a hospital and told her that he had a sum of $3.8
million U.S. Dollars (Three million eight hundred thousand U.S.D) which
he deposited in a bank. He used my name as next of kin. He also
explained that it was because of this wealth that he was poisoned by his
relatives. He said that I should seek for a foreign partner in any
country of my choice where I will transfer the money and use it for
investment purposes.
After the
death of my father, my uncle started to persecute me because of my
father’s properties. My father instructed me not to tell any of my
relative about the money because of their wickedness. I left my country
to Senegal in West
Africa by the help of reverend father. I came to
Senegal under refugee were I'm currently residing now. The more I
explain myself to you, more I cry. I am in a critical condition.
I want you
to assist me transfer this money to your account so that I will equally
come to further my education in your country after the transaction; It's
one of the instructions my father left for me. I am in a sincere desire
of your humble assistance in this regards. Your suggestions and ideas
will be highly regarded.

you very much for your response to my proposal. It gives me a great joy
after reading your mail. In fact I'm ready to depend on your every
advise, If you can assure the safety of this transfer when it finally
comes to your care. As you can see this fund is the only thing that my
parents left for me. I do not intend to play with it. That is why i have
been looking for a trustworthy person who will not betray/deny or sit
on the fund when it finally comes to his or her care. I thank God i have
seen you as a dependable person whom i trust without fear.
I want to ask you something.
Can
you take care of me when i come over to your country? The death of my
parents had made me to lost all it costs to be happy in this world. I
need someone who will take me as his daughter so that i can regain my
joy. I had decided to give you 15% for your assistance as i told you
from the beginning, and another 5% will be mapped aside to cover any
incident expenses which we might incur during the process of this
transaction and please be rest assure that any money you may spend for
the purpose must be reimbursed to you from the 5% immediately you
received the money into your account. My main purpose of contacting you

money to arrange my traveling documents to come over and continue my

that will help me. I told him that i want to travel out to continue my
