As professional banker, am surprise at what you are saying. You know that since the depositor is dead (My Father) the bank has no legal right to take out even a single dollar from the money without due legal procedure. You as a banker know the legal implication what am saying and will not carry out such instruction in your bank if you have such case.
Again the bank can not allow me access to money or make any kind of withdrawal from the money because when i came to Senegal, i went to the bank to collect some money for my personal use. The bank manager told me that they had any agreement with my late father during the time of the said deposit that they should not release the money to me directly unless to my appointed foreign partner, investor/trustee. This measure is to avoid misuse of the money by me. So based on this i contacted you to help me, as a banker you should know what am saying better than me. All this was explained to me by Mr. Kevin Murray.
Reference to my mail of Saturday, March 12, 2011; I strongly advice that you limit communication relating to this transaction to only Mr. Kevin Murray as he know all and will guide us and make the transfer to your account without problems. Please direct all your inquiries/mails to him, I wouldn't want you to make any mistake that will course me to loose this money or bring problem to us. Because, you may be asked some complicated questions relating to the money and it source that you might not be able to answer and that will be a problem for us. I attached below my refugee ID card and my late father's death certificate. write to the bank and send the requested money ratification fee to them , i will sign the contract and send back to you.
