Concerning the other two documents, I haven't them and I noticed from the Bank reply that they must be obtained from a Senegalese lawyer and Federal High Court of Senegal and we need a lawyer to sign the power of attorney which I will give you sole authority to represent me, swearing the oath on our behalf.
As you can see, I am a stranger to this country and i have no any idea or how we can obtain the documents from the Federal High Court of Senegal . I don't know if you may have any chance to travel here to obtain the documents. Therefore, I discuss with the rev: father, and he promised to find a good lawyer for us, and he said that he has a good friend who is a lawyer and his going to meet him and discuss about this issue with him, to see if he can help us in getting the documents, so i will let you know when the rev:father has gutting the lawyer ok.

However, honey, today the rev:father has gotten me introduce with a lawyer. I have met with the lawyer and explained everything to him and he accepted to help us. He is a registered lawyer in the United Nations here and also a registered member in (Senegalese Bar Association).
I also told him about you as my trustee and he said that before he will render any service, he will like to discuss with you about processing of the documents and he agreed to go to the court to ask for course of obtaining the said documents. He therefore gave me his contact information to give you so that you can contact him for further discussion. Right now, I will like you to contact the lawyer.

However, the lawyer called me now and said that he did receive your mail and had prepared the letter as your requested and has send it to you, i hope you have receive his mail, again, he said that we are going to have a little problem on receive the money you are going to send to him for the preparation of the documents, because you are going to send the money through his law firm account, due to the sanctions impose against your country, they can only receive money, but it will not be possible for you to send him the money through western union, from your country and western union is the easiest way to send and receive money faster, but through account it will take about 4 to 5 days for the money to get here, but there is no other way for you to send him the money only through his law firm account or you go to a nearby country that have western union, to send the money, but he said that the documents will take only three days, i pray that everything will move fine, so that i will come over there in your country soon.

I called him to come, so that they will also sign for the approval because without them, the documents will not be approve.
