We acknowledge the receipt of your mail dated March 11, 2011 and your request to transfer the fund deposited by Mr Kamara Kara, one of our clients from the Republic of Liberia and the father of Mr Desmond Kara who happened to be your business partner in Senegal was carefully noted.
We earlier received official letter from Mr Desmond Kara in which he notified us about his desire to transfer the sum of US$9,700,000 ( Nine million seven hundred thousand United States dollars ) to the bank account of his foreign business representative, he specifically mentioned your name in the letter as the person he want the fund to be transfered to your account. We have already conducted internal scrutiny to verify the information of the account holder in our official information database and found out that Mr Kamara Kara's fund is still intact. This verification was conducted because of the sad information we received from Mr Desmond Kara who informed us that his father is dead in the letter he sent to us concerning effecting the transfer of the fund to your bank account.
We hereby want you to provide the following informations and documents to facilitate the remittance of the said to you any bank account you will nominate for the transfer of the fund:
(1). A legal authorisation obtained in your name by a resident international lawyer in Senegal which proves that you have been authorised to secure the transfer of the fund to your bank account by Mr Desmond Kara.
(2). A document from the federal court of Justice in Senegal which proves that you sweared an oath of honesty to handle the fund well.
(3). The certificate of death of Mr Kamara Kara which proves that he is actually dead as we were made to understand.
(4). A scanned copy of the certificate of deposit issued to Mr Kamara Kara by our bank when he deposited the fund.
(5). A scanned copy of your passport or national identity card.
(6). Your mobile, home telephone and fax numbers.
(7). Your bank account informations, bank address, telephone and fax numbers.
The fund would be transfered to your designated bank account within 72 hours immediately after receiving the above requirements from you.

This is to inform you that we have finished preparing the "Power of attorney and the affidavit's of oath",both legal documents are now at the office of the Chief court registrar. The Chief court registrar will legalize and sign the documents. While myself,your business partner,Mr Desmond Kara and other witnesses will also sign their signatures on the legal documents. The legalization fee is 623,159 cfa francs (950 euro) which must be paid at the office of the Chief court registrar tomorrow before the documents would be released. You should make the payment in the name of my special assistant, Agbai Akpala Ejionye.

перестать быть глупым из-за небольшой денежный вы послали к адвокату. Я уже работаю с Россией производителей о том, как получить фонда переданы на его счет в Москве. Я пошлю тебе денег на моем приезде в Москву. Но если вы будете продолжать посылать бесполезные письма ко мне, вы в конечном итоге не получают никакой помощи от меня.
