After waiting to hear from you or your Nigeria partners for a long time now. I decided to make this direct approach to you in other not to let it be as if I have anything in mind against you. According to the protocol of the world bank, no money can be deducted from your $10.5M so you have to get it done or you have to forget the funds transfer of the funds from the world bank.
