Miss Young

Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

Federal Republic Of Nigeria.

Attention:
Dear Sir ,
My is Dr. Sanusi L. Sanusi, I am the newly appointed Governor, Central Bank Of Nigeria, CBN.

I have your contract payment file before me. This is the first time your outstanding contract payment File is being brought to my attention because as I said earlier I am just newly appointed into this Office.

As I was going through your file, I was amazed to discover that your contract payment has been delayed for many years. Being that I am new on this office, I sought to know from some of the old staff why your payment has not been paid for such a long time since after you completed the contract. In summary, I discovered that the long delay was occasioned by the manipulation of some corrupt officials in the past who rather than release the contract payment as at when due were more interested in swindling, extortion and kickbacks. I thank God that the bulk of the corrupt officials were dismissed by the current administration of President Dr. Goodluck Azikiwe Jonathan GCFR.

Now, in my capacity as the new Governor Of CBN, I have approved that the release of your contract funds to your bank account shall be executed via TELEPHONE TRANSFER, which is the most modern and safest system of funds transfer in the world today.

Please note that the advantage of TELEPHONE TRANSFER is that you will be the one to transfer the funds by yourself. You can do that from your telephone in the comfort of your home or office. Another important advantage of the telephone transfer is that no official in Nigeria is going to be involved in this transaction as intermediary/middleman, therefore there will be no room for any official in Nigeria to make demands of ridiculous upfront fees/charges from you.

REQUIREMENTS FOR FUND TRANSFER THROUGH TELEPHONE:
First of all, we have to set up the system/facility here in our apex bank. This will include loading the funds into the system; configuration of your personal and banking co-ordinates into the system; printing the SCRATCH CARD; and establishing inter-connectivity with your bank - via the INTER-SWITCH (R) - E-PAYMENT SWITCH facility.

When we conclude with the above, you will then be notified to pick up your Scratch Card and go ahead to execute the funds transfer. The Scratch Card will contain the necessary secret codes and the guidelines you will follow to activate the system, to trigger the funds transfer to your bank account.

When you eventually pick up your Scratch Card, you will dial from your telephone the ACCESS CODE NUMBER printed on the Scratch Card, followed by the USER CODE NUMBER and the PIN CODE NUMBER. Once you follow this process as stated on the guidelines printed on the Scratch Card, the system will be activated and trigger the transfer of the funds to your bank account.

To enable us set up the system in perfect order and have it ready with the Scratch Card for you to execute the funds transfer, you should please reconfirm your current bank/account details (where you want to receive the contract payment); your contract sum and contract number; the name/address of your company; your direct telephone number. These information are needed for configuration into the system at the same time as we are loading your contract funds into the system. Therefore we I urge you to please respond promptly so that we can have everything set up perfectly and print the Scratch Card for your pick up. Once the Scratch Card is printed and picked up by you, you will be enabled to transfer your funds to your designated bank account.

I await your response as soon as possible.

Thank you.
Dr. Sanusi L. Sanusi
