The page 4 (Check List) sent to you is for you to know the final steps that will be taken to actualise the set objective on or before the middle of next week. If you take a good look at the listed items on the check list which is with you, you will see that there are documents that will accompany the application forms as outlined.
All these documents I have and have submitted same at the probate registry with the application forms. Of great and paramount importance is item numbers 6 and 7. It is imperative that we state the numbers of copies of the documents that will be needed both in England and Wales as well a copy for you for presentation upon arrival of funds in your country. Attached herewith is a document to explain the breakdown of the next line of action that will lead to the issuance of the grant of letters of administration. Bearing in mind that due process will be followed, there must be four (4) copies each of all documents to be issued for the fact that these documents will be obtained and presented to the appropriate authorities. This include the probate registry, the records office, your humble self, being that it will be
for use outside England and Wales as itemised in 7 as well as the bank were the funds is domiciled. The break down and cost of getting copies of these documents including the grant is as contained in the attached PDF document.
The attached PDF file contains all that needs to be done after the interview. The need for us to have four (4) copies each of the documents is for us to be able to make the right presentation to the registry, records office, the bank and yourself for use outside England and Wales. Most especially the bank, when closing the accounts were the funds is presently lodged will want evidence to show that you have been granted the sole right to liquidate the account and also they will be keeping this documents as part of their records to show that the instructions has contained in the letters of administration issued by the court is strictly and fully complied with.
Based on our subsequent communications over the past days I am not only assured of your continuity and support in this business but also that there is the establishment of a mutual understanding between us bearing in mind the need for us to succeed as anticipated. The total amount needed is £928.00 this includes the 4 copies of the grant amounting to £232 POUND.
Please note that we must pay this fee before that grant will be issued.Here is where I will need your most support for I have spent money in this project to get to this stage.
Having said that I am pleased to inform you that the interview has been scheduled for FRIDAY the 1ST of JULY, 2011 and hopefully the grant of letters of administration will be issued after we have paid the above mentioned fees.
