Miss Young

Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

From The Desk of: Ahmed A. Ahmed (Chairman, Foreign Payment and Debt Management Unit)
Attention: Regarding your contract payment processing and protocol under the PRESIDENCY-FGN PAYMENT Scheme, please note the reports of the carefully exercised investigation, scruitining and perusal of your contract by our office.
The exercise reveals that the original owner/contractor of this contract which the Nigerian Government is obliged to pay is Syncro Air Lift Corporation California U.S.A. Syncro Air Lift Corporation had sub-contracted the job to you and assigned you to receive the payment. You had entered into agreement with Syncro Air Lift Corporation which was called the Deed Of Assignment (this document was found in the archives). The Deed Of Assignment which has not been registered and stamp-dutied yet will be faxed to you and it speaks for itself. Provide a convenient fax number where it could be sent to. We are only sending you this document for you to appreciate the job we are doing, it is privy information and not made available to every public servant. By and from the records, the Deed of Assignment was not registered. An unregistered Deed Of Assignment is illegal. As professionals, we only work positively on ethical matters, therefore we advise that you register the Deed with the division of Deeds of Nigeria before we can arrange and authorise your payment/transfer to any bank of your instruction.
Without the registration and stamp-duty of the Deed Of Assignment, your claim on the contract will remain illegal and the payment/transfer can never be concluded. This has always been the major unforseen computerized cause of your non payment over the years. Whenever your payment is to be effected, the computer of any paying bank or institution always receives a different signal from the payment instruction and in-turn displays various error reports that lead to stop on your payment or requires you to always pay for one fee, charge, levy or the other. Most of these payments you made were neither necessary nor rightful. Knowing fully well that this contract has long been duly executed and approved for payment, you then wonder why it has not been paid till date. It is believed that a few officials in the Nigerian Parastatals who claim to have been helping you are very much aware of this irregularity but due to their corrupt nature, did not inform you because they wanted you to keep spending money without success in your contract claim yet.
Therefore, you must register and stamp-duty the Deed of Assignment having Syncro Air Lift Corporation data/information/profile changed and your own data/information/profile programmed in the central computer data-base to enable a successful transfer to you. This is the only reason why we cannot effect and finalise your contract payment.
Please get back to me with any further findings or questions. If what you read in these lines I have supplied you with, works for you, then lets just do this. If not, Then I bid you adoo, and farewell, to you my friend.
Thank you for your understanding and co-operation
Yours faithfully,

Ahmed A. Ahmed (Dr)
