Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

Reconcile Foreign Debt are pleased to inform you that your name has
been mapped out among the fifteen beneficiaries that will receive their
funds. After a comprehensive study of your payment up to the Special
Project Committee with unreserved opinion, this office together with
the Bank of England has resolved to return with immediate effect your
inheritance fund part-payment of $10.5m, as contend on the file
forwarded to us from the bank of England.

As stated in your file this fund emancipated from Nigeria an
inheritance/contract fund approved in your favour.

We have contacted the World Bank and you are required to contact them
they will issue you a clearance payment certificate which will enable
us transfer this fund to your designated account. Forward your banking
details immediately where you wish to receive this fund to this office
as soon as you receive this message.

This is in accordance with the united Kingdom Monetary and Fiscal
Policy as contained in the provisions of the united kingdom government
on foreign payment transfer Act of 1979 and as amended in section 4
sub-section 2(C) of the banking law,Please note that as a result of
this notification we will notify your bank upon the completion of this

concerning the problems the beneficiaries are having concerning their

certificate which will clear your funds in regards to the past
mistakes done on your payment file.

We did find out that your payment file was altered by the past
government where your fund originated. I also discovered that you have
spent a lot of money fighting to receive this fund. I am very sorry
for what you have gone through and assuring you that as soon as you
follow the procedure we shall not hesitate to release your fund at
your designated account.

as soon as we confirm the document we will release your fund into your
