Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

This is to inform you that the federal government has listed your name among the 24 beneficiaries that are to be paid in the ongoing compensation refund, this was made public on the SUN NEWSPAPER PUBLICATION today by the minister of Finance Mr.Olusegun Aganga. While addressing news men in his office, He said that the federal government has resolved to compensate 24 unpaid contractors from the money derived from the excess crude oil , and he also said that all contractors must operate a NON RESIDENCE BANK ACCOUNT, before their funds can me paid to them, this is the only condition attached to the payment, AND THIS COST OF THIS NON RESIDENCE BANK ACCOUNT IS THE SUM OF $290 FLAT.

He mentioned the terms and conditions that are associated with the payment in the NEWS PAPER PUBLICATION, and you can see everything by yourself as soon as you open the attached news paper publication in the attached file.
