today? hope fine and you are perfectly doing well in health. My name is
Miss Lenda Coulibaly, I am from Rwanda in Central Africa. 24years of
old, 5ft 8inches tall, Single never married, Black hair and brown eyes. I
am presently living in Senegal due to the Civil War fought in my
country some years ago. My Late Father ( DR MAMADOU COULIBALY WAS THE
CHAIRMAN MANAGING DIRECTOR OF COULIBALY & SONS INDUSTRIAL COMPANY
LTD IN THE CAPITAL CITY OF MY COUNTRY KIGALI ), Also the PERSONAL
ADVISER to the former HEAD OF STATE, before the rebels attacked our
house one early morning & kill him & my mother, With My younger
sister. It's only me that is alive because I wasn't around when this
happened, I was in the University where am schooling, am doing my first
year in accountant, I then manage to abscond to following west African
country (SENEGAL ) where am residing now in '' REFUGEE CAMP'' Due to the
problematic situation which am passing through here In this camp. We
are not eligible to go out from the camp unless we took permission. Its
just like one staying in the prison,
But I believe by Gods grace i will extricate here soon. l don't have any
relatives now whom l can go to all my relatives abscond in the middle
of the war the only one l have now is Rev.Evans James who is the pastor
of the (Christ The Light Churches ) here in the camp he has been very
nice to me since i came here but i am not living with him rather i am
leaving in the Women hostel due to the camp have two hostels one for
women & the other for men The Pastors Tel number is (+221-776971660)
if you call tell him you want to speak with me, then he will send for
me in the female hostel. As a refugee here i don't have any privilege to
anything be it money or whatever because it is against the law of this
country.I want to go back to my studies because i only attended my first
year before the tragedy incident that lead to my being in this
situation now took place.
Please listen to this, I have my late father's statement of account and
death certificate here with me which i will send to you later, Because
when he was alive he deposited some amount of money in a leading bank
which he used my name as the next of kin, The amount in question is
$6.7M(Six Million Seven Hundred Thousand US Dollars). So i will like you
to help me transfer this money to your account and from it you can send
some money for me to get my traveling documents and air ticket to come
over to meet with you.I kept this secret to people in the camp here the
only person that knows about it is the Reverend because he is like a
father to me. Regarding to the above i will like you to be confidential
and don't tell it to anyone for i am afraid of loosing my life and the
money if people gets to know about it. Remember I am giving you all this
information due to confident I confide on you. I like sincere,
kind,respectful,honest and understanding people, truthful and a man of
vision, truth and hardworking.I love English language but I would like
to know many other if God give me the opportunity but i speak English
very good . However I will like you to call me because we still have a

How are you doing today,I am ready to be with you if you will be honest
with me in this life and help me out from here to be with you for the
rest of my life.
I am very happy to ask about your state of heath which is the most
important thing to my ,I know that everything is going on well in the
name of almighty God..

Please i have my Refuge ID Card with me to send to you and the Bank
Deposit Certificate issued to my late father which am the next of kin
and my late father Death Certificate too with me but know money to Scan
them for you so that you will see it,I wanted to send them all to you
but i do not even any cent to scan it for you But it is my wish to send
them all for you to know that am very open minded with you in this
matter and really in need of your help.
Thank you for the mail ,I thank you for accepting to help me,i decided
to trust in you this after much prayers and please i do hope you will
not betray the trust that i deposited in you. because l prayed and
fasting to God show me you an your email.Please i do not have anybody
who can help me out from here.I am not even feeding well due to money to
buy food and i can not make move like out here who are with there
passport.
I do not have money for another picture as you have requested from me
and to proceed for my Passport here which they said that is 480$ is very
hard for me because i have know body who can help me with this money to
get my passport. i need you to help me and see that the bank made this
transfer to your account as my partner so that the money will be
transferred to you and from there you will send me some money to process
for my Passport here.
Please what you will do for me is many but am only telling you the most
important once for my life here so that i can be free to come out and
claim my late fathers money which where in the bank.I really in need of
your help please.The amount which i told you in my mail is what my late
father deposited with the bank and since am in the camp here i can not
process for it by myself and i have email the bank and the bank instruct
me to look for a good partner out my country who is sincere to help me
in this matter that is why i said that if you will help me get this
money out from the bank to be transferred into your account,I will offer
you 20% should be in every expenses which you made during the transfer
to show how i put all my trust in you OK.
Please i can not make call from here because i don't have money to do

I have write to the bank and the bank agree for the transfer of the fund
But due to my Refuge Status i have know right to handle anything money
in this country which am into now and they bank advice me to look for a
foreign partner who is trustworthy to be my trustee in this issue so
that this money will be transferred into his account as the next of kin
since i send the person to be my partner.
Presently i am residing here in Dakar where i am seeking my political
asylum as refugee due to the crisis in my country. Secondly i want to
relocate with you to start up a good business venture that will be
profit oriented.As well finish my university education.
Now due to my political situation, i can not make this claims by myself,
i need a foreigner who will stand on my behalf to the bank, that is why
i decided to make this contact with you, for you to stand on my behalf
to the bank and ask them the possibility of transferring this fund into
your position . I have all of my late father documents concerning this
transaction like his death certificate and the deposit certificate.
Listen very well, all that i have told you concerning my present
situation is the real life am passing through right now, i have the
proves for the existence of this account, all i need you to do for me is
to contact the bank on my behalf as my foreign representative, and find
out the possibility of transferring this fund into your position in
your country.
