Nice reading from you and how are you doing today? Hope fine. And as for me I' m
little bit fine here as well. Your mail really sounds cool and it makes me feel
good.
However, my name is Miss Rita Allen I’m 24 yrs old from Côte d’Ivoire in West
Africa, presently, I am residing in Dakar Senegal in the refugee camp as a
result of the political crisis that happened in my country. My late father Dr.
Cyril Allen was a prominent successful business man and a politician under the
government of Mr. Laurent Koudou Gbagbo the former head of state before the
rebels attacked our house one early morning killed my mother and my father. It
was only me that is alive now and I managed to make my way to near by country
Senegal where I am staying now as a refugee, because of the war in my country,
that cost the dead of my beloved parents that made me an orphan and
refuge here in Dakar Senegal. Please listen to this and see the reasons that
made me to contact you, before my late father’s death he made a secret deposit
of 250 kilograms of gold dust and the sum of Three Million Eight hundred
Thousand United States Dollars ($3,800.000.00) in a private security company
which I want to transfer and invest in your country through you. So what I need
from you now is for you to see that this money and gold is transferred to your
country and also to make arrangement on how I will come over and stay with you
and continue my life and my education.
My condition here is terrible it’s just like someone staying in the prison and
I hope by Gods grace I will go out of here soon. I don' t have any relatives now
whom I can go to all my relatives ran away in the middle of the political
crisis the only person I have now is Rev. James Adams who is the Rev Pastor of
the (St Luke Catholic Church) and he is in charge of the camp here, he has been
nice to me since I came to this country Senegal, but I am not living with
him rather I' m staying in the woman' s hostel (in the camp) because here

for me to come and answer your call, here in the camp we don' t have right or
privilege to some things because it is against the law of this place. I want to
go back to my studies because I only attended my second year before the tragic
incident that lead to my being in this situation now took place.
My choosing you is a question I knew you must ask and I think it is a good
question. I have two reasons for choosing you, I choose you because it is the
will of God. I believe knowing you will bring hope back to my life again,
choosing you does not mean, that I do not have anybody from Côte d’Ivoire. I
have two uncles, that is my late fathers junior brothers whom I think are
suppose to be taking care of me but they do not care, all they cares is my late
father’s remaining properties and they sold our houses and enjoyed the money
with their wives.
I explained all these to you in order for you to understand my present
situation at the moment which is my major reason seeking for your assistance to
help me claim and transfer the deposit to your country and to investment it on
a mutual terms and agreement that we will agree upon. Please, know the
importance of this matter and take it very serious, though this might sound
strange to you as we haven’t met before but accept it with purity, sincerity,
honesty, commitment and compassion of your heart because of my ugly situation
and the genuineness of my mind in contacting you and also my desperation for us
to become partners and with due respect I wish to inform you also that God will
make it possible for us and God will bless you as you help me. For your
information I will solely depend on your professional advice and my wish is to
depend mainly on your experience, guidance and advise for the success of this
