Susan Nelson: undergoing medical treatment in Italy

Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

You see ever since the doctor disclosed my health statues to me I have been thinking of my late husbands assets and benefits when he was an arms dealer.
In UK, ever since the late Dr. Harold Shipman case happened, look at the BBC site below;

This has made most people to donate their funds to charities or individuals as they have the chance to do so while alive. Since I trust you already and also the knowledge I have about you, can you recommend any charity on your behalf in your country?

I have interest on children and old people. I want to do this incase I don’t survive. But if you don’t come up with any u can just write me back to inform me, ok.
