Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled
"Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for
my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner
or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly
come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of
money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My Company, Brimley Consultants Inc., was contacted by Bishop Victor
Sandi ford (Victory Oil Plc.) current operator of oil lifting license
number ANPST/60-100/05 with the National Petroleum Agency (Ekhuleni
Oil Field). He is looking for someone or a company to buy outright his
lifting license or re-assign the license on agreeing terms.
The re-assignment of the crude oil license, will give us the privilege
to operate as first lifters/sellers of crude oil from the block. This
attracts a US$2.00 discount per barrel. This $2.00 discount per barrel
is our commission from the agency. Example: The price of the product
per barrel is presently $70.00. We will receive the product from the
agency at $68.00 per barrel and sell to the end buyers on the normal
market price of $70.00 per barrel thereby making a commission of $2.00
per each barrel of crude sold to the end buyers. Also being able to
get final buyers entitles us also to a US$1.00 discount from the
discount given to the end buyer as "mandates". As we are going to be
selling a maximum of 2 million barrels per month from the block,
US$2.00 discount from local petroleum agency sums up to US$4 million
per month. And US$1.00 discount from the end buyer comes to US$2
million per month. This totals to US$6 million gross coming to your
group per transaction/per month.
The current owner of the license was made a bishop in the United
States and could not handle both this lifting operations and the
church at the same time and has assigned our company to find an
individual or company to take over the license. On your response and
request, I shall give you further details of the bishop in the United
States for you to contact and discuss terms with and if possible meet
in person if you are interested.
This is a very lucrative opportunity and venture for both my company
and yours; and if it materializes will lead to significant returns for
both our companies.
