Firstly i must apologized for my inability to scan the draft to you before i send the cheuqe is because of the problem i have with my scanning marching before i post the bank draft through DHL service post.but the promise that i am making to you now, is the once the Ecowas Tax Board management release your cheque i will scan it before the bank draft will come to your position. about our conviction over the phone to day i can understand that you did not have all that money to send but i will hope you in one way i have try to come up with the sum of $500 dollars to see how i can help you to see that we pay for the releasing of the draft mean why i borrowed that money from a friend so i will like you to look away and send the reaming $2000 dollars so that i can go to this Ecowas office to go and deposit the money as soon as possible i will be waiting to hear from you as soon as you
