5% of the money for any expenses you might undergo during the cause of receiving the consignment containing the money,
because the money is covered and protected by (IMF) insurance policy which makes it impossible to deduct from the money
not before the money is delivered to the receiver;
and the balance 65% of the money i want you to keep in a safe place till after the war here in Libya is over,
once the war has ended i will come to your country to meet with you and then carry on with my investment, maybe
by then i might decide to invest in your country with your help as my manager.
Because this is a highly classified and confidential issued i have made a special arrangement of a diplomatic delivery
of the consignment to any country you want as far you will be there to receive it, also i want you to know that this is
totally risk free and there is nothing to worry about because you are very much safe in this deal, also the (IMF)
authority has issued a clearance certificate to approved the delivery of the money.
Please for security purpose and to avoid political issues, i want all our conversation to remain private and also all
our communication shall be strictly by Email only, because now in Libya phone conversations are not safe and can be taped.
