I thank you so much for your care and concern towards my welfare, and I pray to God that this message come to you in good health, i got your contact through the aid of our reverend Father, I am making this contact based on trust/confidence irrespective of the fact we have not meet ourselves, neither did we know before, Please Kindly accept my apology for bordering you with my problem, due to the nature of the situation i found myself as a victim of political crises in my country (Rwanda) which involved lost of my parent during the war.

I have really been touched by your message, Since when I sent my life history message to you, I have been wondering highly, what your reaction will be, Because we have never meet or known each other before, I have choose you to assist me not by own doing, rather it is through the power of God.

I am very glad for the concern you showed towards me, please the main reason for contacting you is because according to the Senegal law, States that anybody who is under the caring of the (U.N) in Refugee Camp, he/her is not permitted to operate any local or inter-national account, so when i applied for the release of the fund the financial firm manager said that they cannot release it directly to me due-to my refugee status, he further stated that the only alternative that he will assist me out will be if i should be able to provide a foreign partner who has a foreign account where this money will be transferred into, then he/she will stand on my behalf through the process of the transferring of the fund.

Finally, i am suggesting that if we can go into partnership as time goes on which means that the proceedings from the investment in your country shall be shared equally between the both of us because i do not know much about international business and i am putting my entire inheritance of my late father to your care because i want you to be in total control of my funds as soon as the fund arrives your country.

Am very glad to hear from you and i saw the informantions you send to me, it boost my confidence and trust on you, Once again thanks for all your words and the effort you’re making to see that i might regain a new life, actually i don't know how to show my appreciation for your willingness to help me out of this predicament

I notify the finance firm before about my plan and they ask me to look for someone who can stand on my behalf because they cannot release the fund directly to me due to my refugee status, For this reason you should write to the bank and introduce yourself properly to director of Bank Islamic as my appointed foreign beneficiary to my late father's deposited fund with them, Because they promised to comply fully with any one i may choose in respect of the transfer. I have already sent a nomination letter to the bank so that they will know that I nominate you to stand on my behalf for the release of the fund.

Below is the sample of an application letter that I want you to send to the bank management via their email address below to enable them start processing the transfer of the money with your name into your account.
