We the management of United Bank for Africa hereby received the cash deposit of Two Million,
Seven Hundred Thousand United States of American Dollars only ( US$2,700,000.00) today the
21st day of December, 2009 from Mr. Andrew C. Oulahi Citizen of Sierra Leone.
By the instruction and demand from Mr. Andrew C. Oulahi, the funds have been deposited in a
Secured coded account with account reference code number UBA-00125604399.
By this instruction, it is being agreed that withdrawal of part of this fund will be prohibited but shall
be made in a single transfer to any account provided by Mr. Andrew C. Oulahi the account
beneficiary upon clearance for the transfer. The funds can only be transferred to a foreign account
as will be supplied by the beneficiary Mr. Andrew C. Oulahi.
The fund Two Million, Seven Hundred Thousand United States of American Dollars only
(US$2,700,000.00) is being deposited by Mr. Andrew C. Oulahi for his investment but in the
circumstance beyond our control, like sudden death, the beneficiary has given his daughter Miss
Pascall Oulahi the legal right to provide who ever she may wish to transact the business of
receiving the funds and has the full liberty to invest the funds with her associate in which ever way
they may deem necessary for them.
The United Bank for Africa (UBA) will carry out the transfer of the fund upon the completion of the
banking hours for the deposit to be matured for transfer to the account of Mr. Andrew C. Oulahi.
This attestation and the accompanied FIXED DEPOSIT CERTIFICATE are governed by the laws of the
land and the Bank and Other Financial Institutions Decree for the Nation amended in Republic of
Cote d'Ivoire-Abidjan in year 1999.
