BASIC TRANSFER REQUIREMENT

1, A Scan copy of any government authorized identity either international passport or drivers license of her representative. Such identity must be legalized at thee notary office of her present country of resident to be accepted as a legal binding document. The attached forms, I have seen them and read through them to my own understanding. You are to fill them honey not me because all the information’s they need should come from you and not me. Above all things, there are documents we have to get from the court here basing on what our bank is requesting; I don’t know what to do and how to go about that. I think you can ask the bank what to do and how to go about that. Court documents is very important at this stage, I think we need a lawyer to get the court documents from the court here. What do you advice we do, should I talk to the Rev. Father about a good lawyer or will do it yourself by talking to the Rev? Or you want to ask the bank for any assistance about the lawyer? Since the document has to process by lawyer. Let me know please, what you think and what we should do with regards to the court documents. A lawyer will advise us on the best way forward with regards to the court documents.
