Hello!
Greetings to you and your family please bear with me as you are reading
this message, it is with a confused and helpless mind that I am writing
this message believing that I can confide in someone far away from me
and obtain a very good advice from the person.
I was born into a poor family of two in Nazareth Ethiopia. My parents
were poor but paid through nose to see that they train me and my
brother. At my early 14 years my father fail ill and was admitted to a
hospital, there the doctor said that his case was delicate and that
treatment have to commence as fast as possible, but we couldn' t afford
the money request for the treatment.
Thereafter, my mother went to my uncle for assistance but he insisted
that he must sleep with her before he could help us, so she returned
home without saying anything. Then as days passed my father' s situation
grew worse my mother decided to offer her body in order to save her
beloved husband, so on that fateful day she went and slept with my uncle
whom after everything heartedly chased her out of his house with money
not up to half of the bill. After all said and done father died. My
mother wept like a child and wished that heaven could fall on her.
Three (3) months later he was buried, but after two and a half years she
couldn' t recover from the shock and the guilt that she did not tell my
father what happened between her and my uncle before his death was
eating her flesh up, She kept diminishing day after day that people were
suspecting she had AIDS. After a short while her health get worst and
we took her to hospital, it was there that she told me secret and warned
me to stay away from my uncle that he' s not a good man, after that she
died. Words here cannot explain my pain and anguish that time.
After her burial my uncle started showing caring and concern towards me
and my brother telling me that he was sorry for everything that happened
that it was the hand work of the devil and all that, and as he was the
only person to take care of us so we had no other choice than to forgive
him, after all they said that " To err is human but divine to forgive" .
He requested us to move into his house since we can' t even afford our
feeding not to mention house rent, so we did. After one year he gave my
brother to someone in another country to work with him as his servant,
and since then I have not heard anything about him. Six months after my
brother left, my uncle entered my room one evening when I came back from
having a bath; with a towel wrapped around my chest, he grabbed me and
the towel fail and there was nothing I could do to stop him that was how
I lost my virginity, I was raped.
After the incident I ran out of his house with the taught of committing
suicide but on the other hand my brother' s where-about discouraged the
decision, so I wept day and night only to be consoled by the open
atmosphere. One week later I went to a restaurant to beg for food when
the owner to me to work with her so that I can at least have something
to eat, it was there that I met one man from Nigeria. He called me to
his side one day and said that he is interested in me, when I explained
to him all I have been through, he sworn never to leave me.
He took me to his country but his parents wouldn' t let him marry me
because I was a stranger and from a very poor family while they were
very rich, that became another problem for me. I tried severe times to
convince him that it will not work between us but his love for me
blinded his eyes, he went against his parents wish and married me alone
in a customary court, when his parents heard it, to them, I charmed
their son, so they hated me with passion.
After Six months effort to settle with his parents which turned out to
no avail, he decided that we relocate to oversea; as he started making
arrangement on the process he got someone from Europe who accepted to
establish a joint business firm with him, because of that he sold some
of his landed properties, assets, shares in companies and e.t.c in which
he raised the sum of US$1.9 million dollars.
This sum he told the bank that they will transfer to oversea for his
joint business firm, I was very happy but unfortunately for me one year
after our wedding when I was already 4 weeks pregnant he died in a car
accident. When I got to the hospital and saw him the shock of his sight
caused me a miscarriage. His parents came and took his body they did not
even give me the right of his burial which took place last month I was
immediately ostracize and chased out into the street, they even accused
me of his death in order to inherit his wealth, one needs to be in my
shoes to know how I feel.
So right I am helpless I need some help (1) Advice and encouragement, (2) Find my brother (3) Start a new life e.t.c.
