I do not want a situation where this money will be used in an ungodly manner.
This is on the condition that you will take 30% of the fund for yourself, while you will use the remaining balance for the less privilege people in the society. This is in fulfillment of the last request of my

I urge you to please hasten to contact my lawyer and open up discussion with him.He
is an international lawyer, one who is easy to relate with.He knows the best way to handle this project and I have given him all the mandate to pilot this affair till its end with you, whether I live or die.
But please contact him now while I am still alive so that my spirit will be at rest that everything is going in the right direction.
As a pre-information, you may expect a direct transfer if the lawyer can work it out with any trusted
banker in Europe,who would be willing to assist and cover him to transfer the fund from their bank to yours without problems, otherwise the only alternative would be to shift it in hard cash to a closer country like India where you can go and receive it from the diplomat.Then you should open an account in any of the commercial banks there, through which you can transfer it instalmentally to your account in your country-Sri Lanka or else where you might chose.

The unexpected has happened, Mrs.Ruth Chi died early this morning 27/09/2012, around 2.07AM.She was billed to fly to Canada tonight for an important operation, with a flight leaving here around 23.30PM, but unfortunately she couldn't live till then.Trouble started with her last night, and her breadth started gasping,her air passage contrasting drastically as she found it difficult to breadth normally, until she gave up the ghost.Her remains has been deposited this morning at the general hospital here in Cotonou, Benin, waiting for conclusion of arrangement to bury her coming saturday 29/09/2012, according to the doctrine of her church.
I am so saddened
because of this
unfortunate event, however, I am still here and adamant to accomplish her wishes, aspirations and her legacy which she could not complete before her last day on earth.In this few days, I will be very much occupied running around to prepare the necessary legal protocol and documentation about her and her known properties intact.After her burial on this weekend, I will contact you again so we can discuss further on ways of accomplishing her dreams.I would not need more wasting of time to get this transaction finalized after her burial.

However,I need your assurance, whether with all sincerity of heart,you are still willing to receive this fund and use it for charity purpose and to invest into some
projects which will better the life of the poor and needy ones, world wide as you would be able to reach, although your principal partner is dead. The reason I am asking you this question is because we need to work in good faith and understanding with each other in order to achieve a meaningful end. I don't have all this money but I am going to borrow from my partner to
compliment, in order to see that I finalize my job for the late
Mrs.Ruth Chi.I taught I did mention this to you in my last
email.Secondly,I informed you that the consignment was already insured
and bonded by late Mrs Ruth.This means the consignment can not be
opened, tampered or any dime deducted from it until it reached the
custody of the beneficiary which is you.The repackaging the Diplomatic
commission will do is just to cover the old package with their
diplomatic box without opening the original packaging to know the
content.As such nothing can be taken out or deducted from it.The
diplomat concerned for delivery would not even know the real content of
the box, all he knows is to delivery same to you and turn back.
So from above explanation, I confess that I would not be in position to
raise any money for you for going to Singapore after settling the above
expenses of us$23503.50 here.Therefore you are expected to raise money
your self and travel there to take possession of the box from the
diplomat. I have asked the commission if they can let me know the cost
of the handling charge which you are supposed to pay them on arrival at
Singapore but they told me that they have to know the exact amount on
arrival at the airport after meeting with customs.However, they said it
will not be above US$6,500.00 based on the average rate calculated from
their former deliveries to that country.So, I can rightly tell you to
prepare for your ticket, your hotel bill and feeding for 48 hours and
the Us$6,500.00 In order to be there at Singapore to finalize this
program by collecting the consignment from the delivering diplomat.
As for my self, I will do all that I can to finalize all local
arrangement and expect that you reciprocate for the ones in
oversea-Singapore.By the way, since Mrs.Chi is dead, this project and
the fund is now between me and you and I think we owe the responsibility
50/50 in order to achieve Mrs.Chi's dreams and aspiration. Hope you
will not slide.
