and the office of the reverend father was closed, i am happy to open
my email and saw what the bank sent to you, the bank forwarded it to
me, i saw it and moved to inform the reverend father here and the
reverend father have tried to get a reputable lawyer for us who will
handle the matter of the Power of Attorney for us as the bank
demanded, So i have told the lawyer about this transaction and i am

process to me, but i did not have an option than to accept to stand to

court prosecutor and i gathered an information's that you must provide
your identification for the registry and drafting of the Power of
Attorney in the federal supreme court of Senegal here such as a copy

livense as it is, it is acceptable because it is very important for
the drafting of the power of attorney.
Now this matter required a due process which will protect you and Ms

you that this fund is a huge amount of money and before the government
will approve authorization of the change of ownership which is the
authorization of the proxy Ms Magret Yak must be a legal immigrant
here in Senegal.

and i meet with the chief prosecutor in the supreme court and he told
me that Ms Magret Yak is a refugee and the law of Senegal did not
permit refugees to handle any financial transaction, but i tried to
make a way out for the success of the transaction and i later find out
that before the Power of Attorney can be issued to Ms Magret Yak ,
that you and her will pay the sum of 1150 euro for the poverty
alleviation fee and non refugee status paper which is the resident
permit here in Senegal because refugees is not allowed to handle any
financial transaction here in Senegal due to the law of this country,
this will warrant the federal supreme court to issue an authorization
for you and Ms Magret Yak to handle this transaction .
Now the amount for the Power of Attorney and Affidavit of Oath is
250:00 euro only and my consultation and transportation fee is 180
euro the total amount you will pay here is 1580:00 euro only, so this
is the requirements from the supreme court.
